With an impressive tenure spanning 16 years at AvidWater, Oscar has demonstrated exceptional dedication and leadership, rising through the ranks from his initial role at Agri-Valley Irrigation to his current senior manager position. Oscar’s journey began as an office administrator at Agri-Valley Irrigation, where his passion for the industry and commitment to excellence quickly became evident. Over the years, he has received several promotions in construction, sales, and general management, showcasing his versatile skill set and ability to drive results in various aspects of the business.

As Vice President of Sales & Construction, Oscar plays a pivotal role in driving AvidWater’s growth and success in the Central Valley and Southern California and Arizona. His strategic vision, combined with his extensive experience and technical expertise, enables him to spearhead initiatives that ensure AvidWater remains at the forefront of innovation and customer satisfaction. Oscar earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology from the University of California.
