Carlos Lavilla

Carlos is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in management consulting and entrepreneurship. For 13 years Carlos was the General Manager of the subsidiary of NaanDanJain (NDJ) in Spain. Under the leadership of Carlos, NDJ Iberica grew substantially in Spain, Portugal and Maghreb achieving at the same time record high profitability. In his new role, Carlos will manage the operations (manufacturing and supply chain) of the company in Western Europe with manufacturing sites in Lespinasse (France), Almería (Spain), Manzanares (Spain) and Briggs factory in Corby (UK). Carlos will also take responsibility of the Operations (Projects, Supply, Service, Supply Chain) done in North Africa out of the European BU. Carlos holds a BSc in Industrial Engineering and completed successfully the Senior Executive Management Program at San Telmo – IESE Business School.
