Material sensitivity to acid

The table provides a summary of the resistance to acid for each major component of an irrigation system.

If you have a sensitive material in your system, you need to inject the acid after this component. For example, if you have a cement mainline, you need to inject the acid after the mainline, most likely at the secondary control head.
