Hovav joined Agam Advanced Agriculture in 2013 and stayed with the company as Marketing & Business Development Director when Agam was acquired by Rivulis in 2016. He was appointed to be Manna’s CEO in 2021. Manna provides innovative irrigation management solutions for growers around the world. In his role, Hovav leads the business evolution and technology revolution of Manna.
Before joining Manna, Hovav held multiple management positions in the software industry for both small start-ups and large corporations, in Israel and in the USA.
Hovav holds a B.Sc. in Industrial Engineering and Management from the Tel Aviv University.
