President
Frank leads AvidWater, which represents the largest agriculture irrigation system distribution & installation platform in the United States. Frank began his career in the agriculture industry in 2006, managing a local irrigation dealership in the Salinas Valley of California. He has since spent his career in almost every sector of the irrigation business such as operations, irrigation design, sales account management, and construction management.
In 2018, Frank assumed the role of Regional Sales Manager for the coastal division of Irrigation Design and Construction. During his tenure, he orchestrated significant growth in coastal sales and construction operations, leading to the establishment of new locations and expansion of the sales team. Additionally, Frank spearheaded the creation of the Precision Irrigation Division, focusing on Control Environment Agriculture (CEA). Through his leadership, this division has emerged as a frontrunner in comprehensive design-build irrigation automation, fertigation, and climate control systems.
Frank is recognized by the Irrigation Association as a Certified Irrigation Designer (CID), Agriculture Irrigation Specialist (CAIS), and a Certified Irrigation Contractor (CIC) as well as a Technical Service Provider (TSP) by the NRCS. Frank also holds a General Engineering & Building contractors license from the CSLB and is the former President of the California Agriculture Irrigation Association.
