About the Speakers:

Maoz Aviv, Rivulis Climate Business Development Manager  (English & Hebrew Sessions)

Maoz Aviv holds a B.Sc. and M.Sc. in Agricultural Science from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem (Magna Cum Laude), and is a certified Business Consultant (PCI – Business). With over 25 years of global experience, Maoz has advised governments, global agri-corporates, and AgriTech start-ups.

He previously served as Chief Agronomist and Ag-Tech Team Leader at one of the world’s largest irrigation companies. Prior to that, he held senior roles including Director of Agriculture at Empower Africa, and various purchasing and managerial positions at Strauss Group, a global food and beverage company.

He currently serves as Business Development Manager for Rivulis Climate, where he leads initiatives focused on carbon farming, regenerative agriculture, and voluntary carbon market programs. Maoz previously held senior roles at Strauss Group, Empower Africa, and one of the world’s largest irrigation companies.

Nuno Sanches, Iberia Key Account Manager & Grower Solutions (Spanish Session)

Nuno Sanches is a seasoned Portuguese agronomist based in Iberia, bringing 25 years of experience across agricultural production and fertilization. For the last five years he has served as Key Account Manager for Rivulis and Rivulis Climate representative in the region, playing a pivotal role within the Grower Solutions Iberia team.

Nuno led the Iberian development of Manna and Reelview, Rivulis’ cutting-edge digital agronomy and irrigation analytics tools.

He also heads led the field trials, including trials in rice using drip tape and trials focused on filtration in “low-cost row crop “
