Thierry Haller

Thierry is responsible for the Europe business unit, leading strategically the European organizations from all aspects – sales, marketing, finance, HR and customer services through go-to-market and business development plans to increase Rivulis’ market share in the very competitive and mature European markets. Thierry joined the company in April 2021 as the General Manager of Europe & Africa Business Unit.

Prior to joining Rivulis, Thierry served already in the irrigation industry as General Manager of Europe for Rain Bird in the landscape and golf irrigation markets. Last as an independent consultant and business angel, he helped several companies and start-ups in irrigation, connected devices and IoT to define their strategy, develop their sales and launch in the European markets. Thierry has over 15 years of General Manager positions for industrial groups active in building construction products, like German group Hörmann in garage doors or French group Legrand in cable management solutions. Thierry brings experience in international sales and marketing in B2B markets and running full operations including manufacturing, product development and logistic centers. 

Thierry holds a Master of Science from Ecole Centrale Paris and an Executive MBA from INSEAD.
