Shlomo Peeri
VP Human Resources
Shlomo is responsible for all aspects of human resources in the Micro-Irrigation Division, including recruitment, compensation & benefits, training & development, and retention.
In addition, Shlomo is responsible for managing Internal Communications and to enhance employee engagement and information sharing.
He works closely with the MID leadership team and the human resources managers in the Business Units across the globe as well as with Rivulis’ CHRO – Yael Chopra.
Prior to joining Rivulis in May 2023, Shlomo worked at Naan-Dan Jain as VP of Human Resources. Shlomo has extensive experience in the field of human resources and served in a variety of senior positions in leading Israeli and global companies such as Osem, Teva, NDS, Cisco and Landa.
Shlomo holds a bachelor’s degree in Political Science and Labor Studies from Tel Aviv University and an E-MBA degree from the Hebrew University in Jerusalem.
