Patrick Koop

Patrick is responsible for human resources, safety, and payroll leadership for ISD. Prior to the merger with Rivulis, Patrick served as the Vice President of Human Resources for Jain America, which includes seven different entities, with 500+ employees in 15 different States. Patrick joined Jain in 2010, first as the Human Resources Manager for Jain Irrigation in Fresno, CA and through the years has been promoted to his current role where he oversees the USA HR team and all aspects of Human Resources, Payroll, and Employee Benefits in the United States.

Prior to joining Jain, Patrick was the Human Resources Manager for Sun-Maid Growers of California and a California public school High School Principal and Assistant Superintendent. In these roles, Patrick oversaw all aspects of HR and was the employer representative to the various employee labor unions.

Patrick is an experienced HR professional who has served as a guest speaker for universities and professional organizations on a variety of HR topics. He also served as a trainer for SHRM for HR professionals who were working toward their PHR certification.

Patrick earned his bachelor’s degree from California State University Fresno and Master’s in Administration from Fresno Pacific University.
