Manoj is a professional with rich experience in Operational Excellence and Business Transformation. Prior to joining Rivulis, Manoj worked for several reputable manufacturers such as FORD, Tata Motors and Siemens. Since 2014, Manoj has been managing the operations and spearheaded the expansion of the manufacturing activities. Manoj manages the operations (manufacturing and supply chain) of the company in India and China (sites in Vadodara and Nanning). Manoj is a Mechanical Engineering and has completed the M. Tech from BITS Pilani as well as the Senior Executive Advance Leadership Program from the Indian School of Business.
