Joshua Dixon

Joshua Dixon serves as Rivulis’ CEO since September 2024. Joshua joined Rivulis after a 25+ year career in industry with successive roles of increasing scope and responsibility. Most recently prior to joining Rivulis, he was the President of Valmont Inc’s Irrigation Division, a $1B USD global enterprise with 2,500 employees doing business in over 65 countries with 10 physical locations. Prior to joining Valmont, he held management roles at Belden Corporation, Danaher Corporation, and General Electric.
Joshua has a BS in Engineering from Michigan State University, an MBA from Purdue University, and is a graduate of Harvard Business School’s Advanced Management Program. He is a named inventor on 8 US Patents and holds numerous master black belt certifications in diverse lean practices and methodologies. His outstanding outcomes while with Valmont earned him an appointment as honorary consul to the Kazakhstan government in Nebraska and Kansas.
