Itzhak Maayan
Chief Financial Officer
As Chief Financial Officer (CFO), Itzhak is responsible for the company’s financial strategy, while leading and overseeing its global financial operations. Itzhak is focused on maximizing long-term shareholder value and maintaining the high level of integrity and transparency for which Rivulis is known. Itzhak is a seasoned CFO with more than 30 years of finance leadership experience in global, public, and industrial companies across diversified industries.
Before joining Rivulis in 2024, Itzhak served as the CFO of UVeye, a Computer Vision company developing automated vehicle inspection systems. Before UVeye, Itzhak was the CFO and Deputy GM of Nano-X Imaging Ltd., an innovative medical imaging company, where he led the company’s IPO in 2020 on NASDAQ. Before joining Nano-X, Itzhak served in different finance leadership roles at Perrigo company, including VP & CFO International BU and VP Financial Services and European Investor Relations, and held various finance leadership roles at Cisco Systems, Xtivia, Kulicke & Soffa, and Elscint.
Itzhak holds a B.A. in Business and Accounting from Haifa University, and is a licensed certified public accountant.
