German Gonzales
General Manager, South and Central America
German is responsible for the SACA (South and Central America) business unit. With more than 20 years of experience in agricultural, mining and irrigation sectors, German has developed a strong expertise in business development, strategic planning, and market penetration across Latin America. At Rivulis, German is responsible for overseeing operations, managing sales teams, finance, marketing, customers services and driving growth across key markets in South and Central America.
German is a seasoned executive with vast experience in leading operations, management of subsidiaries and business divisions and leading turnkey projects segment as well as working and developing dealers’ distribution channels, with highly competitive work teams. Following the merger between Rivulis and NaanDanJain, German joined Rivulis to lead the West South and Central America business.
German holds a BSc in Civil Engineering from Universidad Diego Portales and a diploma in operations and finance from Universidad Católica.
