Eran Ezra
Chief Financial Officer
As CFO, Eran Ezra is responsible for the company’s financial strategy, planning and monitoring, financial risk management, accounting and reporting and cash flow management. Eran is a seasoned finance executive with over 24 years of demonstrated global financial leadership in the pharmaceutical industry. He brings expertise in leading financial transformations, cash flow management, large scale capital market and business development transactions as well as post-merger integrations.
Prior to joining Rivulis as CFO in January 2019, Eran has held a number of senior leadership positions at Teva Pharmaceutical Industries Ltd, the world’s largest generic drug manufacturing company. In his last position at Teva, he served as the Senior Vice President, Head of Global Finance Transformation where he was responsible for creating a multi-year roadmap for the future finance organization. Before that, Eran served as Teva’s Senior Vice President of Global Treasury for nine years during which he led the multi-billion dollar financing of Teva’s Actavis acquisition as well as a $4.5b bond offering in March 2018. In this role, Eran advised the company’s board of directors and management team and developed the financial strategy and plan to address the challenges that arose following the Actavis acquisition, which resulted in the successful restructuring of company debt.
Eran has an MBA with a concentration in Finance and Marketing, a Bachelor of Law degree and a bachelor’s degree in Economics, all from Tel Aviv University.
