Claudio is the Chief Information Officer at Rivulis, where he leads the technology team with a hands-on and strategic approach. With over 32 years of experience in engineering, business management, and IT, Claudio specializes in driving business performance through innovative and effective technology programs. He has a proven track record of successfully managing global initiatives across Europe, Asia, South America, the Middle East, Africa, and North America, leveraging modern approaches such as agile, lean, and design thinking to optimize operations and generate business value.
Previously, Claudio served as SVP and CIO at Valmont, where he led a complex technology transformation. His leadership resulted in significant cost savings, improved efficiencies, and innovative solutions. Claudio has worked with companies such as but not limited to Schlumberger, Caterpillar, Monsanto, Dow Chemicals and Belden Wire and Cable where he leveraged his expertise across business programs and rationalization efforts.
Claudio holds an MBA with a focus on International Management from the European University in Switzerland, where he graduated with honors. He also earned a Bachelor of Engineering in Chemical Engineering from McGill University in Montreal, Canada.
