Carlos Lavilla

Carlos is responsible for the Europe business unit, leading strategically the European organizations from all aspects – sales, marketing, operations, finance, HR and customer services through go-to-market and business development plans to increase Rivulis’ market share in the very competitive and mature European markets. Carlos is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in management consulting and entrepreneurship.

For 13 years, Carlos was the General Manager of the subsidiary of NaanDanJain (NDJ) in Spain. Under the leadership of Carlos, NDJ Iberica grew substantially in Spain, Portugal and Maghreb achieving at the same time record high profitability. Following the merger between Rivulis and NaanDanJain, Carlos managed the operations (manufacturing and supply chain) of the company in the Europe Business Unit with manufacturing and warehouse sites in Lespinasse (France), Almería (Spain), Manzanares (Spain) and Briggs factory in Corby (UK). Carlos was also responsible for the Operations (Projects, Supply, Service, Supply Chain) done in North Africa out of the European BU.

Carlos holds a BSc in Industrial Engineering and completed successfully the Senior Executive Management Program at San Telmo – IESE Business School.
