Einat Slotky-Oliver
Corporate Secretary & General Counsel
As General Counsel and Corporate Secretary, Einat is responsible for all Rivulis’ legal matters. In this role, Einat handles commercial engagements, IP management, corporate law, governance policies, litigation, and labor law, and supports Rivulis in its M&A and financing activities as well as in its divisions’, business units’ and departments’ different activities.
Prior to joining Rivulis in 2020, Einat held a senior legal counsel position at Caesarstone, a publicly traded global company (NASDAQ: CSTE), where she worked for 8 years. Before Caesarstone, Einat worked for 8 years as an intern and later as an associate at Erdinast, Ben Nathan & Co.’s Corporate and M&A department.
Einat holds a Communication Systems Engineering (BSc) degree from the Ben-Gurion University, an LLB & Business Administration degree from the Reichman University and an MBA (Finance) from the Bar-Ilan University.
