Yael Chopra
Chief People Officer
Yael is responsible for leading global human resources efforts to achieve the company’s business strategy. Yael is focused on developing and executing global strategies to attract, engage, develop, reward, and retain a diverse, highly qualified and culturally aligned employee base across the globe.
An experienced HR professional, Yael re-joined Rivulis in 2018. She had previously been at the company for four years in HR. Between her roles at the company, Yael worked in John Deere Beit HaShita as Human Resources Manager and then as the Operations Manager. Prior to that, Yael worked as an HR Manager at Lahat Technologies, and in the Public Relations Department of the Hebrew University of Jerusalem.
Yael holds a bachelor’s degree in Sociology & Anthropology and in English Literature, and an MA in Organizational Studies, both from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem.
