Anastasia Kuzmina
Chief People Officer
Anastasia Kuzmina serves as Chief People Officer at Rivulis and is a member of the Executive Leadership Team. She is responsible for leading Rivulis’ global people strategy, with a focus on employee engagement, talent development, leadership growth, organizational effectiveness, and performance management.
Anastasia brings more than 20 years of international human resources experience across large multinational organizations, including Coca-Cola, GE, and Baker Hughes. Most recently, she led Human Resources for a private equity-owned services company with approximately 5,000 employees across Europe. Throughout her career, Anastasia has built and developed high-performing HR and leadership teams and has extensive experience supporting business growth through talent and organizational development. She is a certified executive coach and a Chartered Member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD), UK.
Anastasia holds a Master’s degree from the University of Delaware and a degree in English and German Languages from the Urals State Pedagogical University, graduating with distinction.
